You’ll be participating in small group classes, focusing on learning some of the movements that you'll use in CrossFit. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too.
In our CrossFit Basics, you will learn important concepts about CrossFit. A coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Although the CrossFit Basics course is offered for 6 weeks, participation in all 6 weeks is not mandatory. Athletes are encouraged to attend at least 2 weeks of the course and may self-select to graduate the course at any time. Once in CrossFit classes, our expert coaches will help guide you with movements and modifications as you integrate into classes.
Our team can work with anyone, regardless of previous injury or current athletic experience.
