CrossFit Level 2
I've loved going to the gym since I was 12, but had no idea what I was doing for the majority of my life. I started CrossFit not really knowing what it had to offer, but thankful I stumbled upon it. Because of CrossFit, I found Strongfit which has changed everything I do for the better (I think). Now I'm just as passionate about lifting heavy stones as I am about heavy barbells
There was never a turning point for me, but rather a strong curiosity about everything. It has guided my career and fueled my progress in exercise. I am always trying to explore new things and understand them as best I can. I suppose my inability to sit still and have what's good enough is the reason I am always picking things apart and trying to learn from them.
I spent a lot of my life moving poorly and plateauing in skill development. It took me a long time to find the right ways to engage my body and have the mental awareness of when I wasn't. I want to share what I've learned with others, and help them move better and avoid injury (probably why I talk so much when I coach!). I'm most passionate when people show their curiosity to learn and do things better, so if that's you, don't hesitate to reach out!
